The mission of the Siskiyou Artists Association is:
- To bring together artists of Siskiyou County and neighboring areas in order to encourage and foster the growth of each individual artist;
- To teach and be taught through critiques, workshops, and the exchange of ideas;
- To reward and assist art students with scholarships;
- To maintain public art exhibits, giving artists’ work exposure and enriching our community with the artists’ talents and skills; and
- To sponsor an annual art show in which artists at all levels of development can come together to learn from each other, compete for awards and culturally enrich our community.
